January 2008 - Concord, NH: Margaret H. Nelson has been elected to serve as Managing Director of the firm. She will continue her commercial, administrative and appellate litigation practice where she concentrates on tax abatements and exemptions, insurance coverage law, professional liability defense and public utility matters.
Ms. Nelson received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her law degree from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining the firm in 1980, she was a prosecutor in New York City.
