Philip Blatsos of the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration will speak about the economy, taxes and revenue trends as part of a series of business leaders’ forums co-sponsored by Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C, and the NH Business and Industry Association. Commissioner Blatsos will make brief remarks and answer questions at the Meet the Commissioners program to be held on Tuesday, February 26th from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Sulloway & Hollis law offices, located at 29 School Street in Concord. The Department of Revenue Administration, or DRA, collects $1.4 billion in state tax revenue and oversees the collection of $2.8 billion in real property taxes. Commissioner Blastos will discuss DRA’s efforts to clear-up all major processing backlogs; triple actual dollars received through audit and compliance; and work with municipalities to ensure timely property revaluation.
