Jay Surdukowski recently served as one of three judges for the Franklin Pierce Law Review Symposium competition.
Currently an associate with Sulloway & Hollis in Concord, Mr. Surdukowski joined United States District Court Judge Paul Barbadoro and leading criminal defense attorney Mark Sisti on the three-member judges' panel. The judges heard presentations by the three symposium finalists and engaged in a spirited dialogue with the authors before declaring a winner. The winning note is published in the Franklin Pierce Law Review, and the author receives a cash prize. This was Mr. Surdukowski’s first year of service on the judges' panel.
