June 2008 - Concord, NH: The Environmental Law Section of the NH Bar Association elected Amy Manzelli to a one-year term as its co-chair. Attorney Manzelli previously served as the Section's clerk.
This 100+ member section meets monthly and focuses on the effects, effectiveness, and scientific validity of environmental laws. The section also develops CLE programs to assist lawyers with state and federal natural resource laws and provides public education to interested non-lawyers about their rights and obligations pursuant to various environmental laws.
