Accompanying the recent merger of Bow Mills Bank and Trust with Merrimack County Savings Bank, Peter Imse has been elected as a member of the Board of Corporators for “Merrimack Bancorp, MHC”, the holding company for Merrimack County Savings Bank.
The Board of Corporators is the board which is deemed to be the representative of the various communities that the bank serves. The Board of Corporators elects its successors as well as the Board of Trustees of the holding company. The Board approves all mergers and other major changes to the operations of corporation.
