Governor Appoints Martin Honigberg to Public Funding of Elections Commission. |

July 2008 - Concord, NH: Martin Honigberg has been appointed by Governor John Lynch to serve on a commission studying the feasibility of public funding of state election campaigns.
Mr. Honigberg will join other campaign finance experts on the commission, which the legislature has charged with developing a plan to fund state election campaigns in a sustainable manner. The commission is to look at potential sources for public funding other than the state's general fund. The commission's report for the legislature's consideration is due by December 1, 2008.
