Jay Surdukowski joins the firm as an associate. Mr. Surdukowski enters the firm after clerking for Senior Associate Justice Linda Stewart Dalianis of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2006 and graduated summa cum laude from Bates College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Studio Art and Political Science. During law school summers, he worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia on the Slobodan Milosevic, Naser Oric, and Jovica Stanisic trials. Prior to law school, he served as a Truman Fellow in the Immediate Office of the Secretary for the United States Department of Health and Human Services where he worked in Intergovernmental Affairs on rural and Native American issues.
