November 2007 - Concord, NH: Martin Honigberg was honored by the New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union on November 10th for his work on overturning New Hampshire’s unconstitutional parental notification law.
Mr. Honigberg was involved in the constitutional challenge at every step since the law’s passage in 2003, culminating in a unanimous decision of the United States Supreme Court striking it down. Mr. Honigberg and fellow honorees were toasted at the annual New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union Bill of Rights dinner in Manchester. Mr. Honigberg has served as local counsel to Planned Parenthood of Northern New England since 2003. He is Leader of Sulloway & Hollis’ Government Relations Group.
