Sulloway lawyers appear regularly before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. The firm has also represented the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the State of New Hampshire in matters before the United States Supreme Court.

Our Success
Recent significant appeals in which the firm has been involved include the affirmance of a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a product liability action against General Motors Company, the resolution of the restructuring of the electric utility industry in New Hampshire, several important cases interpreting New Hampshire negligence law, and the interpretation of the New Hampshire statute exempting industrial machinery and equipment from real estate taxation.
