Charles
F. Sheridan, Jr. devotes his practice primarily to trusts
and estates and business and non-profit corporations. He advises a number of
families and their business interests, including transfer of wealth
and business succession issues. He serves as Senior Counsel to the Firm and its clients.
He is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Council
and has served as chairman for both the taxation and corporate sections
of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Mr. Sheridan has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America
for many years in the Trusts and Estates and the Corporate
Law categories. He is a past President of the New Hampshire
Historical Society and of the New Hampshire Council
on
World Affairs.
Mr.
Sheridan graduated from Amherst College in 1948 and from Harvard
Law School in 1951.
Mr. Sheridan is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Rhode Island.
