Cinde
Warmington is a partner in the firm and the leader of the Healthcare Practice Group. Her practice focuses on health care related business and regulatory issues.
During
twenty years in healthcare, Ms. Warmington held both clinical
and
administrative roles in hospitals and managed care organizations
as a laboratory manager, business office manager, chief operating
officer of a preferred provider organization, and consultant on
issues of billing, coding and managed care contracting.
Since starting in private practice, she has worked with health care providers in New Hampshire to address general business concerns, employment related issues, provider contracting and regulatory issues including anti-kickback, Stark, EMTALA and HIPAA. She has worked with providers to implement effective compliance programs and to respond to government investigations of fraud and abuse. She routinely represents providers before various administrative boards related to health care matters.

Warmington graduated from the University of Massachusetts
Dartmouth in 1979, obtained a Master of Business Administration
degree
from
the University of Texas at Arlington in 1988, and graduated from
Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1999.
