Edward M. Kaplan represents corporations, businesses, school districts, universities and hospitals in all areas of labor and employment law, products and professional liability, and related litigation.

Mr. Kaplan is admitted to practice before all courts in New Hampshire, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Courts of Appeal in the First and Fourth Circuits. He has represented employers before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, and administrative agencies throughout New England. Mr. Kaplan is a frequent lecturer on employment and trial issues and has authored numerous papers on sexual harassment, ADA, privacy in the workplace and related employment matters and is currently an editor of the monthly publication, New Hampshire Employment Law Letter.

Mr. Kaplan is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and is a member of and serves on the Board of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. Mr. Kaplan has been included in The Best Lawyers in America in the Labor and Employment Law and Personal Injury Litigation categories since 1987, and is AV-rated in Martindale-Hubbell.

He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1969 and from the University of Kansas Law School in 1973.
