Charles F. Sheridan

Charles F. Sheridan is Senior Counsel to Sulloway & Hollis and a former member (1962-2007). He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for an extended period in both Corporate and Commercial Law and Trusts and Estates. He was a director of and attorney for Concord National Bank.

Mr. Sheridan is author of A Window in Time, Merrimack Farmers Exchange in Crisis and Transition, which describes how Merrimack Farmers Exchange, with the firm's direction, effected a recovery of substantial embezzled funds, fended off a takeover effort, and accomplished its sale of assets, all to the substantial benefit of its farmer members.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sheridan was an Associate at Edwards & Angell in Providence, RI (1951-1957) and General Counsel at Avis Rent-a Car, Inc. (1957 -1962).
