Amy Manzelli

Amy Manzelli has been an attorney at Sulloway since 2005. Her thriving legal practice focuses on environmental law, including litigation, business, and government relations. Her practice also includes real estate, land use, and general practice, with clients who range from individual landowners to international corporations.

Ms. Manzelli was recently chosen as a Rising Star in Environmental Law by Super Lawyers. Ms. Manzelli graduated from the Greater Concord Leadership Program in 2007, and currently serves as its Chair.

  • Obtained required approval from state government for lakeside homeowners to rebuild home destroyed by fire.  Rebuilt home was larger than original home and had been built prior to the required permits having been obtained.
  • Drafted state legislative proposals and lobbied successfully for their enactment into law.
  • After briefing and oral argument, obtained dismissal of state medical negligence claim erroneously based on federal law.  The claim, if successful, would have established new law that would have been extremely disadvantageous.
  • With co-counsel, guided industrial client through acquisition of major facility.
  • Annually counseled large non-profit on charitable gaming law.
  • Obtained protective order for cognitively and physically disabled man.
