We represent clients in all aspects of the acquisition, development, financing, ownership, and management of real estate and business assets. We provide a full range of legal services to our clients, including:

  • Construction and Development: Our attorneys are experienced in all types of real estate development from commercial and industrial projects, to resort and vacation developments, to residential subdivision and condominiums. We negotiate acquisition and construction agreements, and obtain all necessary state and local permits and approvals.
  • Operations and Leasing: We assist our clients with legal issues arising out of the operation and management of their properties, including the negotiation of commercial, industrial, shopping center, and vacation home, management agreements, leases, and easements. Our attorneys also have extensive experience in tax abatement and condemnation law.
  • Financing and Collections: We serve clients as both lenders' and borrowers' counsel in connection with the ownership, acquisition, expansion, and refinancing of all types of real estate and business properties. Our experience includes representation of traditional bank and insurance company lenders, as well as tax exempt lenders, such as the New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority. We represent clients in all types of collections and workout matters, including foreclosures, asset seizures, and bankruptcies.
  • Environmental: Our attorneys are experienced in all areas of environmental law that impact growth and development in the state, including: wetlands, septic construction, air and water quality, wind energy, conservation easements, and the Shoreland Protection Act.

Several of our members are issuing agents for major title insurance companies. One of our members has served on his town's Planning Board and as a Town Moderator. Other members have participated in the drafting of relevant state legislation, including amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code and land use statutes, as well as local regulations, such as the City of Concord and City of Nashua Impact Fee Ordinances. One of our members has a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Two members of our group have extensive expertise in the area of condominium law.
