Douglas R. Chamberlain
Douglas R. Chamberlain is a senior member of Sulloway & Hollis, advising business and professional groups, particularly in the health-care field, on matters such as formation and governance, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. He also practices extensively in the employee-benefits field, assisting clients with tax and ERISA issues involving their 401(k) and other retirement plans, as well as fringe benefit programs of all types.
He has practiced law in New Hampshire since 1976, and been a member of the firm since 2002.

- Advised clients in the North Country, Seacoast and Concord areas concerning the restructuring of long-established family businesses, positioning them for continued success under the guidance of members of the next generation of family members
- Assisted a major New Hampshire-based non-profit organization in redesigning its 403(b), pension and executive deferred compensation programs to meet current financial challenges and future business needs
- Worked with a Manchester-based specialty physician group and a Seacoast-area hospital to create a joint venture to facilitate a satellite practice location in that area, positioning them for success under the leadership of the next generation
