James O. Barney

James O. Barney is a member of Sulloway & Hollis and concentrates his practice in the area of real estate, finance, and land use. He specializes in condominium law, and has served as counsel to many condominium developers and condominium owners’ associations. He has represented many out-of-state lenders as local counsel in real estate financings, and has assisted many local, regional and national companies in acquiring, developing, selling, and leasing commercial real estate. Mr. Barney joined the firm in 1983 after practicing for eight years in California, and has been a partner/member of the firm since 1987.
