Jeanine L. Poole

Jeanine Poole is a Member of Sulloway & Hollis, who practices in the area of Employment and Labor law. She advises clients – predominantly employers in both the private and public sectors – in all aspects of employment law from employment-related decisions (such as application and hiring, discipline, promotion, termination, etc.) and wage and hour issues to the preparation and implementation of effective employment practices and policies.

Ms. Poole, who has been with the firm since 1989, reviews and drafts employee handbooks and policies, and advises employers regarding recommended practices to avoid risks associated with employment-related claims. She assists employers with investigations of allegations of employee misconduct and sexual harassment.
