Martin L. Gross

Martin L. Gross, formerly a senior member, now serves as Senior Counsel to Sulloway & Hollis and its clients. He has concentrated his practice in appellate litigation, administrative law, insurance, health care, public utilities, philanthropic organizations, and legislative advocacy, devoting a substantial portion of his practice to drafting complex legislation and managing the legislative process. His work has produced many major New Hampshire statutes and appellate decisions in New Hampshire and federal courts.

Before joining the firm in 1965, he served as Law Clerk to the United States District Judge for the District of New Hampshire.
