Mike Lehman Michael P. Lehman
Michael P. Lehman joined Sulloway & Hollis in 1976 and specializes in health-care law and the defense of high exposure, complex medical malpractice, drugs and device product liability, and aviation litigation. He is the leader of Sulloway's Medical Malpractice and Physician Advocacy Group. Mr. Lehman is one of the senior medical malpractice defense attorneys in Northern New England and has extensive experience defending academic medical centers and large hospitals, as well as smaller facilities and individual physicians in significant cases. As well, Mr. Lehman advises health-care organizations on credentialing, risk management, quality assurance, regulatory, licensing and other issues and frequently represents health-care institutions and physicians before licensing and regulatory authorities. Mr. Lehman is a frequent speaker on these issues to local and regional health-care organizations. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Society of Medical Association Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. |
