Mr. O'Shea was raised in Madbury, New Hampshire. He graduated from Providence College in 1989 and from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2005 with honors.
At Pierce Law, Mr. O'Shea was the recipient of the Slutsky Scholarship for "academic excellence, individualism, cooperation and mutual respect" as well as the Pierce Law recipient of the American Law Institute-American Bar Association Scholarship and Leadership Award. He was also a judicial intern with the Honorable Joseph P. Nadeau of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. At both Providence College and the Franklin Pierce Law Center, Mr. O'Shea served on the Board of Trustees.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. O'Shea spent more than a decade as a musical agent and manager. His clients included Emmy® and Grammy® nominated artists and his responsibilities included negotiating with record labels, nationally broadcast television programs and performing arts venues throughout North America on behalf of his clients.
