Timothy A. Gudas concentrates his practice in litigation, employment law and appellate matters. He handles cases before the state and federal courts in New Hampshire and before various administrative agencies. He regularly represents employers in disputes at New Hampshire’s Commission for Human Rights and Department of Labor. His appellate work has upheld major decisions for the Firm’s clients, both at the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Mr. Gudas is Leader of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group, and is a contributing author of the New Hampshire Employment Law Letter (published monthly by M. Lee Smith Publishers). He also is a frequent presenter to professional and business groups on legal developments affecting their organizations.
Mr. Gudas graduated from Dartmouth College in 1989 and from Boston College Law School in 1994, where he was an executive editor of the Boston College Law Review. Prior to joining the Firm in 1997, Mr. Gudas clerked for the New Hampshire Supreme Court and practiced for two years in New York.
Mr. Gudas is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and New York, including before the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
