William
D. Pandolph joined the firm in 1988 and practices litigation,
with an emphasis on commercial, insurance, professional liability
and employment matters, including
the defense of ERISA and non-ERISA
benefit, wrongful termination, Title VII, ADEA and ADA claims.
He has successfully defended cases in state and federal courts
in New
Hampshire and appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and
the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is
the leader of the firm’s insurance group.
Mr.
Pandolph has lectured on ERISA issues for the New Hampshire Bar
Association and the National Business Institute and is an editor
of the New Hampshire Employment Law Letter. Mr. Pandolph is also
a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Select List of
life, health and disability insurance lawyers.
Mr. Pandolph is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and before
the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire,
the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, and
the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Mr. Pandolph graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1984
and from the University of Virginia Law School in 1988.
