Katie A. Mosher is an associate at Sulloway & Hollis. She works with a broad base of clients, including businesses, public entities, insurance companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals in business, regulatory, and litigation matters. Katie joined the firm in 2021, and works in our Concord, NH office.

Ms. Mosher received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord, NH. She was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program, a first-of-its kind, client-ready legal education that allows students to graduate without the need to take the traditional two-day bar exam. During law school, Katie was a legal resident for the Hillsborough County Superior Court (Northern District) in Spring 2020, and for New Hampshire Legal Assistance (NHLA) in the Spring 2021. She also participated in the UNH Law Immigration Clinic with the ACLU of NH’s Immigrant Rights Project during the Fall of 2020.

At UNH Law, Katie was a Senior Editor for the UNH Law Review, a Teaching Assistant for Pretrial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution courses, the President of the Student Bar Association, and the President of the Women’s Law Student Association. Katie also served as a volunteer for the U.S. District Court of N.H.’s educational outreach program, and as a Campus Security Officer.

She graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts where she received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Russian Studies, with a minor in European History. She was awarded the Abbey McClosky ’92 Memorial Prize in International Relations, is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Society, and presented her Senior Honors Thesis at Harvard University’s Russian Studies Undergraduate Colloquium in the Spring of 2012.
