Dennis Rodriguez is an Associate at Sulloway & Hollis. He concentrates his practice in Real Estate Law, Business & Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law. He works with a broad base of clients, including businesses, public entities, real estate developers, non-profit organizations, and individuals in business, regulatory, and litigation matters. Dennis joined the firm in 2021 and works in our Needham, MA and Concord, NH offices.

Dennis’ clients rely on him for practical, thorough guidance on a wide range of legal matters. His real estate clients look to him to provide quality advice and advocacy on a full range of legal services in the real estate area, including; real estate conveyances, construction and development, land use and zoning, operations and leasing, financing and collections, environmental issues and property tax appeals and abatements.

Corporate business and intellectual property clients rely on Dennis to draft and review various contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, independent contractor agreements, waiver of liability agreements, and non-competitive agreements. He also has experience conducting federal trademark searches and clearances, as well as filing federal trademark applications and U.S. Copyright registrations.

Mr. Rodriguez received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA.
