Elizabeth M. Lorsbach focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, and tax law and works out of our Concord and Nashua, New Hampshire offices.  Prior to joining the firm, Beth practiced in Nashua, New Hampshire as an estate planning and elder law attorney, and also worked for the Disabilities Rights Center in Concord as one of their intake attorneys prior to moving into private practice in Nashua.  While at the Disabilities Rights Center, Beth assisted clients in navigating state, federal and charitable programs designed to assist people with disabilities.  Upon moving into private practice, Beth has used this knowledge of benefits programs to assist families in planning for long term care, applying for Medicaid, and planning for the care of a family member with disabilities through the use of a special needs trust.
