Paul D. Creme concentrates his practice on business and corporate matters and has served clients both as an outside attorney and as in-house counsel.  His experience allows him to work on a wide variety of business and corporate matters, with an emphasis on providing professional and business advice to senior managers of public and privately-held corporations and limited liability companies.  Mr. Creme has extensive experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, executive employment agreements, technology licensing, private placement offerings, stockholder arrangements and start-up financing.  He has also drafted and negotiated employment and termination agreements and handled employment cases for the companies he represents.  Because Mr. Creme has practiced both in-house as well as in private practice for almost 40 years, he has been in a position to combine his background as a lawyer with that of a businessman.  Mr. Creme has been awarded an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
