Alicia brings over 10 years of paralegal experience with a strong background in employment law, litigation, and healthcare. Previously, she worked as the Senior Paralegal in the Office of General Counsel of a large Massachusetts hospital system, where she supported complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment. Alicia holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies and a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she also served as captain of the women’s ice hockey team. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family and two kittens Biscuit and Espresso.
