Geoff Gallagher is an associate at Sulloway & Hollis. He works with a broad base of clients, including businesses, public entities, insurance companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals in business, regulatory, and litigation matters. Geoff joined the firm in 2021 and works in our Concord, NH office.

Mr. Gallagher is a 2003 graduate of Boston College, receiving a bachelor’s in social psychology. He received a master’s from Boston College in social psychology/affective neuroscience in 2006. While in graduate school, he managed a bowling alley where he learned how to play billiards and poker. Afterwards, he managed group homes for developmentally disabled dual-diagnosed adults for three years before answering the call to practice law.

In 2013, Geoff graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire School of Law as a Daniel Webster Scholar receiving an LL.M. in intellectual property and a J.D. After graduating, he served the people of Carroll County and Sullivan County as an assistant county attorney trying over 30 jury trials to verdict.

His family roots go deep into the history of New Hampshire. His grandfather and great grandfather both served the North Country as lawyers and judges and he spends time each year with family in the Littleton and Whitefield areas. He has served on the New Hampshire Bar Association Ethics Committee since 2013, and was the Sullivan County Bar Governor from 2019-2021. He has been a New Hampshire Bar Examiner since 2020.
