Jessica H. Park

Jessica Park is a member at Sulloway & Hollis and co-chair of the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance group. Her practice centers around a broad spectrum of insurance law. She counsels and represents insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage matters as well as disputes involving bad faith, extra-contractual liability, and consumer-protection claims. She also advises clients on insurance-related business disputes and regulatory issues as well as consumer information-privacy concerns and related matters.

With a firm grasp of the insurance industry’s business issues and nearly two decades of legal experience, Jessica offers invaluable insights to insurance companies seeking comprehensive legal counsel. She possesses a deep understanding of intricate policy provisions and underwriting issues and skillfully navigates the legal landscape faced by insurance carriers.

Known for her keen legal acumen and strategic thinking, Ms. Park consistently delivers tailored solutions to her clients while safeguarding their rights and preserving their reputations. She maintains a client-focused approach, providing proactive guidance and clear communication throughout the legal process.

Ms. Park earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Prior to that, she completed her Master of Science (M.S.) degree at Villanova University. She received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Millersville University, graduating summa cum laude.

Jessica’s dedication and legal insight have earned her recognition as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in Insurance Coverage since 2017. She actively participates in numerous professional associations, including serving as a current Director and past President (2020) of the Massachusetts Insurance and Reinsurance Bar Association (MIReBA), as well as  organizations such as the Boston Bar Association (BBA), Women’s Bar Association (WBA), and Defense Research Institute (DRI),.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys road and trail running, hiking, and skiing with her husband and teenage son.
