Timothy P. Frawley is a Member at Sulloway & Hollis and Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He is a seasoned litigator who represents a wide variety of companies, individuals and insurers in matters involving commercial and business litigation, professional liability, general liability and construction law. Tim joined the firm in 2022 and works in our Providence, RI office.

With more than 25 years of experience representing clients throughout the country, Tim offers his clients effective, innovative and cost-efficient resolutions. His practice includes advising and representing clients on commercial and business disputes, as well as various employment matters. He has represented clients at all phases of litigation, including arbitration, mediation, trial and appeals, with his practice taking him to state and federal courts in a multitude of jurisdictions.

Tim works diligently with his clients to exhaust all reasonable alternatives to litigation and protect against litigation and other claims in the first instance. He recognizes the cost of doing business and the investment clients have made into their respective ventures. With that in mind, Tim seeks to minimize the costs of the dispute and bring an effective resolution to his clients. If litigation is necessary, he brings the expertise required to effectively navigate the waters of litigation – from the initial negotiations through mediation/arbitration, trial and appeal.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College in 1995 and received his law degree from Roger Williams University in 1999.

Tim is a member of the Rhode Island and the Massachusetts Bar Associations. He is admitted to the state courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, as well as the federal courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut, the United States Bankruptcy Court for Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
