William Boesch is a member at Sulloway & Hollis. He advises insurance companies in complex coverage matters and represents insurers in coverage and bad-faith litigation in the federal and state trial courts and on appeal, in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and outside New England. He also has broad litigation experience in areas including professional liability, intellectual property, and commercial disputes.

William has more than 30 years’ experience as a litigator, has tried complex bench and jury cases and arbitrations, and argued more than two dozen appeals.

William’s excellence as a counselor and litigator comes from being genuinely attentive and accessible to his clients, from analytical and organizational skill, from lucidity, creativity and sensitivity as a legal writer and strategist, and from passion and clear-headed focus in the courtroom.

William received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law in 1991. He grew up in New Hampshire, and now lives on the Massachusetts North Shore. He is the father of two teenage sons, and a cyclist and motorcyclist, a noir-fiction reader, and an alternative- and electronic-music fan.
