William D. Pandolph joined the firm in 1988 and has more than 25 years of experience handling employment and insurance matters, including the defense of ERISA and non-ERISA benefits, fiduciary breach, wrongful termination, wage and hour, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA and unfair labor practices claims, as well as insurance coverage and bad faith claims. He represents employers, insurers, employee benefit plans, health maintenance organizations, third party administrators, fiduciaries, hospitals, and medical/mental health and insurance professionals and entities. He has successfully defended cases for such entities before state and federal trial and appellate courts both regionally and nationally, state agencies, the EEOC, the NLRB, and in arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Pandolph is Co-Chair of the Sulloway & Hollis Labor and Employment Practice Group. He has lectured on ERISA, employment and insurance issues for the New Hampshire Bar Association, and other CLE organizations. Mr. Pandolph is an active member of the Life, Health, Disability and ERISA section of the Defense Research Institute and has published articles/book chapters on employment and insurance matters.
