Sulloway & Hollis invests in our summer associates because we believe that they are the future of our firm. Our multi-faceted summer program emphasizes hands-on learning experiences, professional development, mentorship, and relationship building.
We assign each summer associate a mentor who selects and assigns engaging and enriching legal projects, connects summer associates with experiential learning opportunities, monitors workflow, and hosts weekly check-in meetings to provide guidance and feedback. We have fun, and design an engaging social program to provide our summer associates opportunities to interact with attorneys and staff in social settings and get to know the communities we practice within.
We recognize that our clients are best served when diversity, equity, and inclusion are promoted within our firm and the communities in which we practice. As one of our many efforts to increase and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, Sulloway selects law students for our summer program through internal recruiting as well as through a partnership with and external programs dedicated to increasing diversity in the legal communities we practice in.
