Rose Marie Joly elected as Vice-Chair of ADTA Publication Committee
Sulloway & Hollis Member Rose Joly was recently elected to the position of Vice-Chair of the Publications Committee for the ADTA (Association of Defense Trial Attorneys). Founded in 1941, ADTA has established itself as the premier defense trial attorney organization in the legal profession and is comprised of some of the finest trial attorneys in the United States, Canada, France, Great Britain and Ireland.
Rose concentrates her practice in civil litigation and has over 20 years of experience in the defense of civil claims including medical malpractice, employment, commercial and consumer protection actions. Rose has represented clients in lawsuits brought in state and federal courts, and in disciplinary matters brought before the New Hampshire Boards of Medicine, Nursing, Mental Health and Psychology. She has also represented a variety of clients in conducting employment investigations. Experienced in arguing her clients’ positions before the state and federal courts of New Hampshire as well as a number of New Hampshire administrative boards, Rose also values negotiation and has successfully negotiated pre-hearing and pre-trial resolutions in her clients’ best interests.
