Sulloway & Hollis Member Beth Catenza and Associate Paula Domanski secured a defense verdict in a demanding four-day medical malpractice jury trial at Hillsborough County Superior Court, Northern Division in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Our anesthesiologist client was accused of negligently causing a tracheal perforation during anesthesia services provided for a sinus surgery.  The jury concluded that the care provided by our client was appropriate and rendered a defense verdict on all counts.
