Bradley Holt Joins Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C.
Brad Holt joins the firm as a Member focusing on medical malpractice defense, litigation and dispute resolution, counseling and regulatory compliance.
Concord, New Hampshire – November 12, 2021: Sulloway & Hollis welcomes Brad Holt to the firm as a Member. Mr. Holt brings many years of experience in an array of healthcare regulatory, transactional and risk management matters, including extensive experience defending medical and dental malpractice clients, hospitals and skilled nursing/assisted living facilities, and litigating multi-million dollar cases in state and federal court.
Mr. Holt serves as trusted counsel to his clients, combining a legal career focused on litigation and dispute resolution, counseling, regulatory compliance and training, with significant experience as a senior operational leader with the military.

Mr. Holt began his law career in New Hampshire after five years’ active duty as an officer on Navy destroyers. He stayed in the Reserves, acquiring significant operational leadership with subsequent reserve assignments and extended periods of active duty overseas with the Navy, NATO, and other multinational commands, retiring as a Captain in 2017. He now returns to New Hampshire after several years at the Chicago office of a national firm. Admitted in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Illinois, Mr. Holt will be based in the firm’s Concord NH office and work with a broad base of clients in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
