Eric R. Passeggio Joins Sulloway & Hollis

Eric Passeggio joins Sulloway & Hollis as a Member focusing his practice representing and advising utility & propane companies.

Concord, NH – January 19, 2022: Sulloway & Hollis welcomes Eric Passeggio to the firm as a Member. Mr. Passeggio’s practice has focused primarily on representing and advising utility companies and propane companies in defense of claims resulting from fires, explosions and other accidents. Mr. Passeggio will work out of our Needham, MA and Concord, NH offices.

Mr. Passeggio is experienced in formulating and executing defense strategies for the resolution of a wide range of claims, including primarily claims for wrongful death, personal injury and property damage, and associated claims for indemnity and insurance coverage. Eric has represented clients in these types of matters from the inception of a case through the appellate process.

Eric is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire state courts and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. He has also represented clients and collaborated with counsel in defense of claims litigated in over a dozen States. In addition to serving as lead, second-chair and local counsel, he has assisted other counsel on specialized issues related to litigating fire and explosion claims.

Eric is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Trinity College (CT). Eric previously practiced at Brickley/Sears P.A., and Brickley, Sears & Sorett, P.A.
