John T. Harding Joins Sulloway & Hollis

John T. Harding joins Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C. as a Member focusing his practice in the areas of insurance coverage litigation and advice, “bad faith” litigation, reinsurance disputes and arbitrations.

Boston, MA – January 6, 2022: Sulloway & Hollis welcomes John Harding to the firm as a Member. Mr. Harding brings thirty years of experience representing insurance companies and corporate clients in insurance coverage and general commercial litigation. He will co-chair the firms Insurance/ Reinsurance Practice Group and will work out of our Boston and Providence offices.

Mr. Hardings experience includes notable work with domestic and foreign insurers on a national basis in coverage disputes under CGL, excess, umbrella, commercial property, homeowners, auto and other specialized policies. He will draw on this experience to counsel insurers and reinsurers on claims arising out of underlying environmental, asbestos, products, pharmaceutical, medical device, employment discrimination, technology, construction, tort and other liabilities, as well as a broad range of first-party losses. John also has significant experience in handling reinsurance matters on both the ceding company and reinsurer side.

In addition to his insurance and reinsurance practice, John has extensive experience in complex business litigation, as well as land use and environmental matters in state and federal courts and all administrative proceedings.

Mr. Harding received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, and his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
