New Hampshire Chapter of the DRI 2013 Reservation of Rights Compendium
Sulloway attorneys Meg Nelson, David Zizik and Sarah Murdough Author New Hampshire Chapter for the DRI Compendium on Unfair Claims Settlement Practices. The DRI recently published its Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Compendium. The Compendium addresses each state’s response to the National Association of Insurance Commissioner’s Model Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act.
The Compendium directs the reader to that state’s statutes or rules where the various UCP practices and timing provisions can be found. The Compendium covers all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition, each author provides practice tips for UCP handling in that jurisdiction. Compendium authors were selected based upon their breadth and depth of experience and their knowledge in defending UCP claims.
