Sulloway & Hollis Receives Spirit of New Hampshire Award

Sulloway & Hollis is honored to have received the Spirit of New Hampshire Award for work undertaken by Attorneys Kelly Ovitt Puc and Derek Lick in assisting the local non-profit organization Friends of the Concord-Lake Sunapee Rail Trail. Kelly and Derek prepared the legal paperwork necessary to incorporate the rail trail group as a new non-profit entity, drafting easements and recording them with the Registry of Deeds on its behalf to obtain rights to use old rail lines for biking and walking trails, and preparing contracts and other corporate documents for the group’s operations. Derek also serves on its board of directors, and has assisted “in the field” reclaiming the railroad line path by clearing brush and trees and by helping construct new wood decking on an old abandoned railroad bridge over the Warner River.
