Peter Meyer and Jay Surdukowski Prevail at Trial

Peter Meyer and Jay Surdukowski recently successfully defended an internal medicine physician in Manchester.

The lawsuit alleged that the physician had not called 911 to arrange for emergency transport to a nearby hospital for a 37-year-old female patient with subtle EKG changes.  The defense argued that in the absence of clinical instability, urgent, but not emergent transfer by ambulance was reasonable.
