Amanda Azarian is an associate at Sulloway & Hollis in the firm’s Concord, New Hampshire office, where she represents a diverse range of clients in both litigation and transactional matters. Her practice includes the provision of both practical and strategic advice to businesses and individuals, helping them navigate complex legal challenges, from corporate governance and compliance to employment disputes and real estate transactions.

Amanda is skilled at advising clients on risk management strategies, navigating government investigations, and defending against regulatory actions. Her work involves resolving matters efficiently while protecting clients’ reputations and bottom lines.

Before joining Sulloway & Hollis, Amanda practiced law at two leading international law firms, where she was based in the United Kingdom, focusing on investigations, compliance, and defense, particularly in the area of economic crime. She has worked on significant government enforcement actions involving major agencies such as the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), National Crime Agency (NCA), Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Her global perspective in handling investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance allows her to provide clients with comprehensive and effective solutions.

Amanda earned her law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she served as a staff member of the Catholic University Law Review and interned for the Honorable Heidi Pasichow at the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. She is currently admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, DC, and England and Wales.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys planning weddings, a passion that allows her to tap into her creative side while also leveraging her strong organizational and logistical skills.  She also enjoys playing tennis, going to the beach, a good Agatha Christie novel, and a great glass of wine.  Amanda lives in Goffstown, NH with her husband and Ragdoll cat, Watson, and appreciates the slower pace of life that NH has to offer, after living in London for 6 years.
